well done good and faithful servant

I was listening to a podcast…seriously how many of your sentences start that way?!

I was listening to the Rise podcast with Rachel Hollis and she quoted this scripture in regards to procrastinating. The word DONE is used, as in finished or completed.

For the last year I’ve been faithfully saying Yes to every idea given to me by God. Most of the ideas I’ve had scare the crap out of me, but I’ve said yes, I’ve completed the tasks, and I’ve prayed everyday to serve as a faithful servant.

By trusting and fighting through my fear I’ve been able to walk into who God created me to be. It’s scary! And I struggle, but I keep coming back to the idea that I know I was made for this.

I love this verse! I wanted to share it with you in case you’re struggling as I was to take the leap or to try something that scares you. If you have a calling on your heart, or an idea in your head, it’s there for a reason! Let your faith be bigger than your fear, and go for it! You’ve got this! We’ve got this!
