HauteLook.com by Nordstrom Rack

After seeing commercial after commercial for HauteLook.com I finally decided to give it a try. After all I love a good deal, especially for designer clothes.

HauteLook.com (pronounced “hoat” look) is a new online shopping Website that supplies designer merchandise from Nordstrom Rack. Instead of offering deals they run what they call “events.” Each day there are numerous sales events for different brands of clothes, shoes, accessories, home and beauty products. The events are only for a limited time so you have to buy before it ends.

The first thing I noticed while searching through the events is that you can get very expensive clothes at great prices. I’m not usually in the market for a $600 dress. But if I were, I could get that same $600 dress for around $200. Great deal! The Website has hundreds of great designer brands for deeply discounted prices. Surprisingly, the best deals I found were for kids clothes and shoes. I found my daughter a pair of Laura Ashley boots on sale from $69.99 to $24.97! I saved $45.02 off of retail pricing. Not bad!

HauteLook.com offers an easy no hassle return policy. Simply take your item to any Nordstrom Rack near you, and you can return your item for a full refund. Now here is the hiccup. I ordered these boots on 9/21/15 and they didn’t deliver until 10/12/15. Three weeks for delivery! Apparently the items ship straight from the retailer to HauteLook.com fulfillment, and then to the customer. So if you want to buy that $600 dress for $200 and need it for a certain event, make sure you give yourself plenty of time to receive your items!
