ROCKETS OF AWESOME – awesome clothes for awesome kids

My friend starting using Rockets of Awesome months and months ago. She loved it so much that I finally decided to try it — and guess what, it’s awesome!

Rockets of Awesome is similar to Stitch Fix for adults, only it’s for kids. When you subscribe to their service, you get a box of eight awesome clothing items for your child. You can keep all of them for a discounted rate, or send them back.

My daughter Malori is particularly PICKY, about everything. Especially her clothes. What’s so great about Rockets of Awesome is they have styles for everyone, even the pickiest of pickiest kids.

They have super cute items in these categories: tops, bottoms, active wear, outerwear, swim suits, and accessories.

Not only can you sign up for the boxes, you can also shop their store online anytime. You can shop for kids who like skater styles, rainbow, graphics, tech, animals, and even vacation outfits. They have all the latest trends kids love such as flip sequins, glitter, and glow-in-the-dark.

The sizes range from 2-14 on most items. Each piece ranges in price from $16-$38 and if you keep all of the items you can get up to a 25% discount.

Rockets of Awesome was created by parents. They know what other parents need and what our kids want. The clothes are great quality, crazy soft, wash well, and they make returns super easy.

What to expect:

When you first log on to Rockets of Awesome you Take the Style Quiz for your child.

The stylist at Rockets of Awesome will style your box with eight items. You’ll then receive an email that shows you exactly what is coming (this feature is great!). If you want to swap items from your box you can do so at that time.

The cost is $20 for a styling fee, and then if you purchase something from your box, your $20 is applied as a credit.

The box is very fun and cute! See below:

They have four boxes per year: Summer Box, Back to School Box, Winter Box, and the Spring Box. You can reschedule your boxes or skip them.

For Malori’s first box we received six shirts, one pair of leggings, and a pair of shorts. She loved all of the shirts, we kept five of them. We returned the pants (they were too long) and the shorts (they were too poofy) and one shirt because I said it was see-through.

You can see below the checkout screen. I used my iPhone and the transaction was very easy.

Malori thought this whole process was lots of fun! She loved getting clothes in the mail like Mommy, haha. It’s also nice to have some more options for her besides the usual stores around town.

Have you tried Rockets of Awesome? If so, what did you think? Let me know in the comments below.
